Whether you're someone we support, a Shared Lives carer, the friend, carer or family member of someone we support, or someone who commissions PSS services, we want to know what you think of PSS and the support you get. We care about what you think, and it helps us get better at what we do.

Shared Lives carers
If you're a Shared Lives carer with PSS, we want to know what you like and don't like about working with us, and the support we give you as a carer.
Parents, guardians and carers of people we support
If we support someone in your family or someone you care for, we'd love you to tell us what you think of the support they get from PSS.
If you're a parent getting support from our Parent-Baby service, please take our survey for people we support.
Commissioners and PSS partner organisations
If you commission PSS services or you're part of one of our partner organisations, please take our survey and let us know about your experiences.
